Last day of our trip

We head home in the morning.  As always when we go somewhere wonderful, it will be good to get home, but I could stay a while longer.  It's been a great week with the grandchildren....3 games of Monopoly. baseball, Twilight movies, lots of just hanging out, trips around the bay area.

Spring has come to the San Francisco area.  I am anxiously awaiting spring in the rockies.

I haven't had much time for art on this trip.  We've been busy driving around, grocery shopping, making meals, going out for coffee, dropping off and picking up the grandchildren, letting the dogs in and out, etc...  We came across these white pelicans on our walk around a reservoir the other day.  They are so beautiful I just had to share.

San Francisco

We've been in California for a few days now taking care of two Rottweilers and our two oldest grandchildren.  All is well.  I did end up on the floor under the dogs once.  They just love too hard sometimes.  My granddaughter rescued me.
We've been having a wonderful time in the San Francisco Bay area.  We went into the city on Sunday with the whole family and walked through Chinatown, Little Italy and visited Pier 39.  We experienced the BART and San Francisco traffic in a taxi.  We had lunch with an old school pal of my son in law's who was very nice.  My husband and I took lots of pictures.  Here are a couple of my more interesting ones.
